The ProFeeder X by EasyRobotics is a robust automation solution designed to enhance production efficiency in industrial settings. It features a scalable tray system, available in configurations of 5, or 10 trays, allowing for large-volume production. The compact design, with dimensions of L980 x W920 x H1006 mm, ensures it occupies minimal floor space. The system offers flexibility in robot arm mounting angles and includes an integrated compartment for the controller box. Two locking mechanisms are available: Mechanical Lock (Mechlock) and Air Lock (Airlock), with the latter operating via digital I/O. These features collectively aim to reduce cycle times and facilitate scalable production processes.
